Ensure consistent service excellence through regular follow-ups, performance reviews, and tailored support.
Understand client needs deeply and propose customized cargo solutions aligned with the airline’s capabilities.
Monitor client satisfaction and proactively resolve service issues in coordination with cargo operations and customer service teams.
Provide accurate sales forecasts and client insights to management for strategic planning.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and operational efficiency.
Represent the airline professionally at client meetings, trade shows, and industry events to reinforce brand loyalty.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities across diverse industries and market segments.
Conduct market research to spot emerging trends, competitor activities, and potential growth areas.
Initiate contact with prospective clients and present the airline’s cargo offerings effectively.
Support promotional campaigns and networking efforts to expand the customer base.
Minimum 2 years of experience in the airline or air cargo industry.
Good knowledge of export/import and cross-trade shipment requirements.
Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Possess a valid Class 3 driving license.
