Job summary

A leading aviation support services firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced professional to inspect incoming aircraft components, report discrepancies, and conduct verification inspections. Candidates should have at least 2-3 years of relevant experience and a Diploma in Aircraft or a related engineering field. Knowledge of SAP and MS Office is essential. This role is critical for ensuring the serviceability of aircraft components before they are released to engineers.

Qualifications

  • At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in aircraft component inspection.
  • Experience in aviation is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Inspect all incoming aircraft components before checks.
  • Report discrepancies found during inspections.
  • Conduct verification inspections of aircraft components.
  • Update pre-check kitting list before component release.
  • Address engineer queries regarding component serviceability.

Skills

Knowledge in SAP
Knowledge in MS Office

Education

ITE/Professional Certification/Diploma in Aircraft or relevant engineering qualifications
Job description

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Inspect all incoming aircraft components prior to kit for aircraft checks
  2. Reporting for discrepancies.
  3. Conduct physical and documentation verification inspection of aircraft components.
  4. Updating of aircraft pre-check kitting list before release components to engineers.
  5. Performing engineer’s queries regarding component serviceability before release to kit.

Job Requirement:

  1. Min. ITE/Professional Certification/Diploma in Aircraft or relevant engineering qualifications with at least 2-3 years of relevant experience.
  2. Experience in aviation will be preferred
  3. Knowledge in SAP will be advantageous
  4. Knowledge in MS office will be required.
