Job summary
A recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking a candidate for a position involving document management and digital organization. This role requires the accuracy and efficiency of digital files, maintaining compliance and ensuring easy retrieval. Responsibilities include tallying scanned documents, identifying discrepancies, and categorizing files. The position starts as a 3-month contract with working hours from Monday to Friday, 8.30 am to 5.30 pm, offering a salary range of $2200 to $2500.
Responsibilities
- Tally scanned digital copies against original hard copies for accuracy.
- Identify and elevate scanning discrepancies or missing pages.
- Organize documents into structured sub-folders based on categories.
- Ensure digital files are named, sorted, and stored for easy retrieval.
- Upload files into the appropriate in-house system.
This position will start off as a 3 months contract.
SIA Training Centre, near Upper Changi MRT
- Tally scanned digital copies against the original hard copies to ensure completeness and accuracy.
- Identify and elevate any scanning discrepancies or missing pages.
- Digital File Categorization.
- Using scanned digital copies, organize documents into structured sub-folders according to pre-defined folder categories.
- Ensure all digital files are correctly named, sorted and stored for easy retrieval and compliance.
- Uploading of files into appropriate in-house system.
Mon to Fri, 8.30am - 5.30pm
$2200-$2500
