Job summary
A recruitment agency in Singapore is looking for a detail-oriented professional for a contract position focused on Procure to Pay (P2P) processing and invoice management. The candidate will assist the Accounts Payable team, ensuring timely verification and payment of invoices, alongside reviewing expense claims. This role involves collaboration with internal stakeholders and system enhancement processes. A competitive salary between $2500 and $3500 will be offered based on experience and qualifications.
Responsibilities
- Handles Procure to Pay (P2P) processing and payment of invoices.
- Assists Accounts Payable in day-to-day operations.
- Processes and verifies invoices accurately and timely.
- Reviews and processes expense claims for reimbursements.
- Follows up on invoice issues with stakeholders and suppliers.
- Participates in system enhancement requirement gathering.
This position will start off as 1 year contract.

- Handles Procure to Pay (P2P) processing, verifying and payment of invoices, ensure correct accounting and timely processing of invoices/payments.
- Assist Accounts Payable (AP) Executive in day-to-day operations by ensuring that payments are made timely and accurately, and ensuring that invoices are properly validated, verified and approved before processing for payment.
- Process and verify invoices in upstream systems accurately in a timely manner.
- Review and process expense claims for reimbursements.
- Follow-up on invoice issues and discrepancies with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
- Assist AP Executive in following up with business users on queries and payment matters.
- Participate and assist in system enhancement business requirements gathering and testing.
- Any ad-hoc duties assigned by AP Executive.
Mon to Fri, 8.30am - 5.30pm
$2500-$3500 (depending on experience and qualification)
