Job summary

A leading aerospace company in Singapore is looking for a professional to drive the growth and profitability of its component repair services across the APAC region. The candidate will manage the full commercial portfolio, engage with key stakeholders, and lead initiatives for financial performance and market insights. Applicants should hold a Bachelor's degree and have a minimum of 5 years' experience in the aviation aftersales industry, preferably in component repair services. The role offers a permanent contract and a chance to work in a dynamic environment focused on innovation.

  • Proven ability to manage product P&L and drive commercial growth.
  • Experience in presenting to senior leadership and customers.

Responsibilities

  • Drive business expansion for the Satair Repair Services Component Business out of APAC.
  • Participate in financial planning and monthly financial performance analysis.
  • Direct the proposal management for major RfIs and RfPs linked to the APAC region.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives to enhance business synergy.
  • Maintain a strong strategic network across the APAC region.
