A global technology leader in Singapore seeks a Data Center Regional Security Manager to oversee physical security within critical infrastructure. This role involves developing security strategies, managing incidents, and ensuring compliance with regulations. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in physical security management and team leadership, alongside a relevant degree. Google’s Data Center Compliance, Safety, and Risk Management (CSRM) team is a dedicated organization chartered with protecting the people and assets of Google’s global critical infrastructure. CSRM consists of industry leading professionals who leverage advanced security systems, dedicated guarding forces, and rigorous risk management and compliance framework programs to support the entirety of Google Data Centers.
As a Data Center Regional Security Manager, you will lead a team of security practitioners to execute a physical security risk management program to include crisis response and compliance functions within the Data Centers or related technical infrastructure.
As Regional Security Manager, Data Center Compliance, Security and Risk Management, you will oversee a team responsible for the security management of an entire geographic region of technical infrastructure locations, and work on ensuring sites are in compliance with all regional governmental and regulatory requirements. You will deliver solutions for ambiguous or new problems, by leading teams in exploring the capabilities of existing or developing new systems and aligning resources to see the solution through to completion. You will influence and lead cross-organizational collaborations while directing the integration of multiple work streams on teams. You will act as a trusted authority on strategic matters and provide domain expertise for a critical part of Google's security infrastructure.
