Job summary

A leading technology service provider in Singapore is looking for a skilled IT Support Technician to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up hardware, configuring software, and providing technical support for both remote and onsite IT requests. This role includes maintaining and repairing equipment, ensuring networks are functional, and troubleshooting systemic issues. The position may require travel between customer sites and offers a remuneration package that includes a basic salary and variable bonuses.

Responsibilities

• Setting up hardware including installation.
• Configure software and drivers.
• Provide 1st/2nd level remote/onsite support for IT technical request.
• Maintain and repair technological equipment (e.g. routers) or peripheral devices.
• Install well-functioning LAN/WAN and other networks.
• Provide daily technical support for Windows servers.
• Perform regular upgrades to ensure systems remain updated.
• Troubleshoot system failures or bugs and provide solutions to restore functionality.
• Keep records of repairs and fixes for future reference.
• Willing to travel between customers site.

Job description

Remuneration package: Basic salary + Variable Bonus.
Salary will be commensurate with experience and ability to perform.
