Job summary
A leading provider of banking and financial services in Singapore seeks a Compliance & ESG Associate to join their team. In this role, you will assist in developing and implementing compliance and ESG frameworks, conduct risk assessments, and support training programs. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree and has 0-2 years of relevant experience. Responsibilities
- Develop, implement and monitor compliance and ESG policies.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a top company as a Compliance & ESG Associate. In this junior specialist role, you will be part of the Compliance and Risk team, contributing to the development and implementation of robust compliance and environmental, social and governance (ESG) frameworks across the organisation. This is a full-time position based in the Central Region.
- Assist in the development, implementation and monitoring of the company's compliance and ESG policies and procedures
- Conduct risk assessments and gap analyses to identify potential compliance and ESG risks
- Support the roll-out of compliance and ESG training programmes for employees
- Contribute to the preparation of regulatory reports and filings
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance and ESG requirements are met
- Stay up-to-date with relevant laws, regulations and industry best practices
- Provide support to the Compliance and Risk team on various projects and initiatives
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as law, finance or business
- 0-2 years of experience in a compliance, risk or ESG role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry
- Strong understanding of compliance and ESG frameworks, regulations and best practices
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proactive and detail-oriented approach
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
