You will be a valued people partner to our 2 general managers and will lead a team focused on developing capability both for our team and our Franchisees. You will drive the talent agenda, high performance culture and help the business drive FZ restaurant growth.

• Implement the People, Culture and Purpose strategy that aligns with the organization's goals and objectives, while supporting the overall vision and mission of the organization.
• Champion an inclusive and diverse organizational culture where every employee is enabled to bring their best self, make a difference and have fun at KFC Asia.

• Partner with senior leaders to execute workforce planning and talent acquisition strategies. Ensure the organization has the right talent in the right roles at the right time.
• Implement the annual HR cycle to provide a robust talent performance management mechanism and objectively evaluate talents within the organization in line with mobility, development needs and individual development plans.
• Lead the Learning and Development strategy to build capability, bench and career growth of our internal talent.

• Engage key stakeholders across the global system, including KFC global HQ in USA, cross brand partners in Asia, global HR partners across the international business unit and YUM global cross-functional partners.
• Mentor & partner the Leadership Team on People Development matters.

• Champion and sponsor Communities of Belonging and inclusion initiatives in the organization.
• Bring to life our Smart, Heart, Courage culture agenda.
• Champion and sponsor the Culture Squad for KFC Asia.
• Provide thought leadership on KFC Asia’s priorities for our Purpose agenda that aligns with the global KFC priorities for People, Food and Planet.

• Build the team’s capabilities and development into KFC Asia.
• Connect KFC Asia and KFC Global/Yum! Global to showcase Asian talents in regional/global people forums.
