Senior / Executive, F&B Facilities

KFC & Pizza Hut Singapore

Location: Singapore – Tai Seng

Reports to: Facilities Manager

Overview:

We’re looking for a Senior / Executive, F&B Facilities to manage the day-to-day upkeep and operations of KFC & Pizza Hut outlets across Singapore. You’ll be responsible for overseeing preventive maintenance, coordinating vendor activities, and ensuring compliance with brand, safety, and operational standards. This role also involves leading minor projects and supporting the Facilities Manager in driving efficiency and improvements across all facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Facility Maintenance & Asset Management:

  • Manage preventive and corrective maintenance schedules across outlets, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Conduct regular inspections to maintain facilities according to operational, health, and safety standards.
  • Oversee the servicing of essential equipment, including kitchen appliances, HVAC systems, plumbing, and electrical infrastructure.

Compliance & Brand Standards:

  • Ensure all outlets meet KFC & Pizza Hut’s operational and safety standards.
  • Support Halal compliance across all facilities, coordinating with vendors and stakeholders.
  • Conduct audits to verify compliance and implement corrective actions where necessary.

Vendor & Contract Management:

  • Manage relationships with service providers, ensuring they meet service-level agreements (SLAs).
  • Assist in negotiating service contracts and reviewing vendor performance.
  • Track contract terms, warranties, renewals, and vendor performance for continuous improvement.

Maintenance of Kitchen Equipment:

  • Oversee both reactive and preventive maintenance for all kitchen equipment across outlets, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
  • Lead minor renovation and maintenance projects related to kitchen infrastructure independently.
  • Coordinate the setup, servicing, and installation of kitchen equipment for new outlets, ensuring compliance with brand and operational requirements.
  • Work closely with the Development and Real Estate teams to ensure a smooth handover of facilities and equipment, meeting all operational readiness standards.

Process Improvement Initiatives:

  • Recommend and implement improvements in maintenance workflows and asset management.
  • Support sustainability initiatives, such as energy-saving projects and waste reduction efforts.

Reporting & Budgeting Support:

  • Prepare reports on maintenance trends, vendor performance, and facility costs.
  • Provide recommendations based on data insights to improve operational efficiency.
  • Support the Facilities Manager in monitoring and optimizing the facilities budget.

Team Coordination & Mentorship:

  • Mentor junior Facilities Executives and technicians, ensuring proper execution of tasks.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as operations, procurement, and finance for project alignment.
  • Facilitate regular meetings to address facility-related challenges and share process improvements.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Diploma or Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in facilities management, preferably within F&B, retail, or hospitality.
  • Strong understanding of safety regulations, brand standards, and Halal compliance.
  • Proven experience in vendor management, contract administration, and minor project management.
  • Solid organizational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills for managing external vendors and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Requirements:

  • Willingness to travel across outlets within Singapore as needed.
  • Available to respond to urgent maintenance issues outside of working hours when required.
