Tuck Lee Ice is a leading ice manufacturer and distributor in Singapore, with expanding production facilities in Malaysia. We are committed to delivering high-quality, hygienically packed ice products, supported by modern production lines and integrated ERP/finance systems. We are looking for a Finance Manager to lead and strengthen our finance team in Singapore.

• Oversee company-wide financial operations and ensure compliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, budgets, and business performance reports.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, cost control, and tax planning.
• Liaise with auditors, tax authorities, banks, and external consultants.
• Supervise, coach, and guide the finance team to improve efficiency and professionalism.
• Lead financial system upgrades, ERP integration, and process automation projects.
• Provide financial insights to support business expansion, investment evaluation, and risk management.

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent professional qualification (CPA/ACCA/CA preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial/supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore accounting standards, corporate tax, and GST.
• Experience in manufacturing/production industry is advantageous.
• Proficient in ERP/finance systems (SAP, Oracle, Kingdee, QuickBooks, etc.).
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
• High integrity, responsibility, and ability to work under pressure.

Full-Time

Singapore (Head Office)

SGD 3,000 – 4,500 / month (negotiable, based on experience)

Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
