Job Description:
1. Responsible for preparation of daily compliance reports and weekly compliance summary for monitoring purposes and senior management information;
2. Preparation and submission of the regulatory returns to MAS, SGX;
3. Monitor and update law and regulations applicable to accounting including policies and procedures;
4. Liaise with Regulator, Exchanges, Internal Auditor, External Auditor and Company Secretary;
5. Prepare various reports on a timely and accurate manner as required by the regulations (MAS and SGX);
6. Manage fund transfers, intercompany settlements, and optimize short-term liquidity;
7. Support cash flow forecasting and propose recommendations to enhance efficiency in fund utilization;
8. Prepare GST return and withholding tax return;
9. Monitor changes in accounting, tax, and financial regulations applicable to the business;
10. Prepare corporate income tax computation and ensure proper tax documentation and compliance;
11. Review and prepare monthly general ledger entries and financial reports;
12. Compile and submit monthly reporting packages to the holding company in a timely and accurate manner;
13. Perform ad-hoc duties.
Requirements:
1. Degree holder or above in Accounting or related discipline;
2. Candidate needs to have minimum 3 Year(s) of accounting experience for Senior Executive position; and at least 5 years of experience for Manager position;
3. Posses experience in financial reporting and management reporting;
4. Experience working in MAS regulations and reporting are advantageous but not a must;
5. Able to work independently and complete all tasks on time;
6. Mature, good communication and interpersonal skills;
7. Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin.
