Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end contract lifecycle including renewals, tender exercises, vendor selection, and contract compliance.
• Oversee vendor performance, SLA monitoring, issue resolution, and escalation.
• Conduct risk assessments, implement mitigation plans, and manage operational and project issues.
