A leading construction company in Singapore is seeking a Contracts Manager. This role oversees all contractual aspects of projects, ensuring contracts are effectively negotiated and managed to mitigate risks and maximize value. Key responsibilities include developing contract management strategies, leading negotiations with stakeholders, managing claims and disputes, and mentoring the contracts team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in contract management and a strong understanding of legal requirements.
The Contracts Manager is responsible for overseeing allcontractual aspects of projects and operations, ensuring that contracts arenegotiated, administered, and managed effectively to mitigate risk and maximizevalue. This role leads the contracts team, provides strategic advice oncontractual matters, manages claims and disputes, and ensures compliance withlegal and company requirements throughout the contract lifecycle.
