Job summary
A leading construction recruitment firm in Singapore seeks a Senior Quantity Surveyor to manage contracts and handle project accounts. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Quantity Surveying, with 3-5 years of experience in the construction industry. Responsibilities include liaising with stakeholders and managing progress claims. This position offers good compensation and bonuses.

Responsibilities
- Handle progress claims, VO and finalization of project accounts.
- Liaise and establish rapport with consultants, quantity surveyors, architects and developers.
- Handle purchasing including calling for quotations and negotiations.

Reports to the Project Manager.
- Handle progress claims, VO and finalization of project accounts.
- Liaise and establish rapport with consultants, quantity surveyors, architects and developers. Certification of claims for sub-contractors and suppliers for progress payment and finalization of accounts.
- Handle purchasing including but not limited to calling for quotations, negotiations, etc.
- Any ad-hoic duties as assigned.
- Degree / Diploma in Building / Quantity Surveying / Civil / Structural Engineering.
- 3 to 5 years’ relevant experience with the contractors.
- Candidate with experience in Civil Engineering works will also be considered.
