Our client, with several projects in hand, is seeking suitable candidates to join as an Assistant Contracts Manager.

Responsibilities

1. Assist Contracts Manager in leading and managing a team of QS.
2. Oversee main and sub-contract administration.
3. Support and advise the project team on cost and contractual issues for main contracts and subcontracts.
4. Monitor sub-contract payments, variation orders, and engineer direction defenses.
5. Manage project and sub-contract final accounts.
6. Handle claims for additional payments and EOT.
7. Safeguard the company's contractual rights.
8. In charge of tender submissions.

Requirements

1. Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying or Contract Law.
2. Minimum 6 years of experience in Quantity Surveying within main contractor building projects.
3. Strong knowledge in contract negotiation and administration.
