A prominent service company in Singapore is looking for a dedicated professional to oversee several teams, including Customer Service and Operations. The ideal candidate must have at least 5 years of experience in the service or hospitality sector and a Class 3 driving license. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team environment and assist in recruiting talented staff.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in the service or hospitality sector.
- Must possess a Class 3 driving license.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsabilités
- Prepare monthly schedule for ground staff.
- Manage petty cash and vehicle matters.
- Work closely with all departments.
- Oversee the Customer Service Team.
- Administer the Operations Team and ensure proper communication of policies.
- Assist Human Resources in recruiting new talents.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Formation
- Timely prepare monthly schedule for ground staff
- Safekeep and in charge of petty cash, and vehicles matter
- Work closely with all departments
- Administer the Customer Service Team, assist the team in phone manning and managing
- Administer the Operations Team and ensuring that company policies and processes are properly conveyed to them
- Assisting the Human Resources Team in the employment of talents
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned
- Min. Diploma in Tourism or relevant fields.
- At least 5 years of working experience in service or hospitality sector
- Must be Class 3 license
- Strong Leadership skills
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
- Able to multi-task
- Meticulous and detailed
- Well-organized
- Good coordinating skills
- Able to work in a face paced environment
- Strong team player, patient and able to provide guidance to large team of staff.
