A recruitment and HR services company based in Singapore is seeking a professional to manage recruitment activities and HR operations. Responsibilities include handling end-to-end recruitment, preparing contracts, and managing employee records. The ideal candidate should have experience in HR and recruitment to ensure a strong pipeline of talent. The role offers a dynamic environment and opportunities for professional growth.
Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, pre‑screening, interviews, job offers and onboarding.
Identify and attract talent, especially hard‑to‑find or passive candidates, through niche platforms, online channels, social media and professional networks.
Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and ensure a strong recruitment pipeline.
Prepare employment contracts, process confirmation and salary adjustments, handle work pass administration and manage staff benefits and leave administration.
Update and maintain employee data in the HRMS and ensure accuracy of records.
Maintain and organise staff personal files.
Prepare tax clearance for departing employees.
Oversee Time & Attendance administration.
Generate HR and manpower reports for management.
