Additionally, the role involves elevating our brand presence by managing relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), ambassadors, and fitness influencers. BREAKDOWN OF KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Sales & Marketing Manager will have a strong plan for the top line success of the business and will be dynamic in their management of that plan. They will also share that same energy for keeping costs at an appropriate level, to plan, and feedback to the General Manager on challenges in this area well in advance.
As the Sales and Marketing Manager at MOVE [REPEAT] Fitness Lifestyle Brands, you will be responsible for conducting in-depth market research to gain a comprehensive understanding of customer needs and industry trends. Your role involves analyzing competitors and market dynamics meticulously, enabling you to identify strategic opportunities for growth within the fitness lifestyle industry. By leveraging your expertise in market research and analysis, you will contribute significantly to our organization's ability to stay ahead of market demands and drive strategic decision-making processes.
You will be entrusted with the responsibility of creating and implementing innovative marketing strategies to promote our range of brands, services, and pricing models. Your expertise will be crucial in devising targeted marketing campaigns tailored to engage specific demographic segments within the fitness market. You will be responsible for motivating and mentoring team members, cultivating a high-performance culture within the sales department. Your expertise will be pivotal in fostering an environment of continuous improvement, ensuring that our sales and client engagement people are constantly evolving and refining their skills. Moreover, your commitment extends to providing ongoing training, coaching, and support to our sales team, enhancing their knowledge of our brands services and sales techniques. You will focus on optimizing our sales processes for efficiency and productivity. Your responsibilities include streamlining the sales and client engagement process to improve its overall efficiency and shorten the sales cycle, ensuring a seamless and on brand experience for our clients. Moreover, you will collaborate closely with other team members, including marketing and Ops, to align our sales strategies with the ever-changing demands of the market.
Brand Development is your primary focus within Brand Elevation, building and enhancing our brand image in the fitness lifestyle industry. You will meticulously ensure consistent branding across all marketing materials and customer touchpoints, crafting a cohesive and compelling brand identity that resonates with our audience.
Your role extends to the strategic management of influential Key Opinion Leaders and brand ambassadors in the fitness and wellness industry. Through adept identification and recruitment, you will bring onboard individuals who align with our brand ethos. Cultivating robust relationships with these KOLs and ambassadors, you will provide them with essential resources and unwavering support, empowering them to represent our brand authentically. Collaborating closely, you will orchestrate impactful co-branded events, facilitate engaging content creation, and execute compelling promotional activities.
Under your guidance, MOVE [REPEAT] Fitness Lifestyle Brands will host a diverse array of fitness events, challenges, workshops, and classes, creating immersive experiences that captivate our community. By organizing and promoting these events, you will foster a sense of belonging and excitement among our audience. Additionally, you will proactively foster collaborations with fitness influencers, Key Opinion Leaders, and local businesses, elevating our brand through meaningful and engaging interactions. These efforts will not only enhance our brand's reputation but also strengthen our community ties, especially at a unit level.
Partnerships and Collaborations management is key to this role, your focus will be on establishing strategic partnerships with like-minded brands, fitness organizations, and relevant businesses that share our vision. Through collaboration, you will create joint promotions, co-branded events, and community engagement initiatives that resonate with our audience.
As the Sales and Marketing Manager at MOVE [REPEAT] Fitness Lifestyle Brands, you will be the authority on our brand's visual identity and narrative. In digital and social media marketing, your expertise will drive the implementation of targeted campaigns. You will oversee the art direction of social media marketing, email marketing, and online advertising efforts. Managing our social media platforms, you will manage the function of meticulously curated content, ensuring it adheres to our brand standards and captivates our community. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining the quality of our digital presence and, ultimately, determining the success of our marketing endeavors.
