Job summary

Responsibilities
- Conduct research on industry trends and customer buying drivers.
- Program manage strategic initiatives like Enterprise Selling.
- Facilitate marketing events and customer seminars.

Job Scope
- Participates in conducting research in the following areas: industry trends, analysing customer buying drivers, competitor analysis, sales techniques, advertising performance, etc.
- Program manage key strategic initiatives, such as Enterprise Selling, Digitalization and service value delivery
- Prepares and coordinates innovation product marketing trials, product launch, hypercare and global/regional innovation report-out.
- Support creative planning and facilitate marketing event/tradeshows and customer seminars including advertising, collaterals design, social media, agenda preparation and booth display.
Requirement:
- Degree in Marketing/ Chemical Engineering/ Chemistry/ environmental engineering.
- Works with autonomy and comfortable with ambiguity
- Preferred self-starter, energetic, responsible, team player
