Job summary

A leading HR consultancy in Singapore is seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee HR functions including recruitment, employee engagement, and compliance with local laws. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in HR Management and at least 5 years of relevant experience, with a strong grasp of Singapore employment legislation. Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment and performance management.

Job description
Responsibilities
  • Oversee the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, compensation & benefits, employee relations, training & development, and performance management.
  • Partner with department heads to support workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning.
  • Ensure compliance with local employment laws, and regulatory requirements (e.g. MOM, PDPA).
  • Drive employee engagement and well-being programs.
  • Manage and resolve employee grievances and disciplinary matters in a fair and timely manner.
  • Handle HR reporting and analytics to support business decisions.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore Employment and Industrial Relations Legislation.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proactive, hands‑on, and able to work independently.
  • Candidates with experience in Timesoft HR system will have an advantage.
