A reputable company in Singapore is looking for an HR & Admin Assistant to provide administrative support and manage HR-related tasks. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and attention to detail. Responsibilities include handling calls, managing vendor contracts, and supporting recruitment efforts. This role offers a basic salary of $2400 - $2600 and operates on a 5-day work week.

Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls, messages, and general administrative support.
- Manage renewal and follow-up of insurance and vendor contracts.
- Raise purchase orders in SAP and assist with HR-related purchases.
- Maintain staff records including attendance and leave.
- Support recruitment and employee welfare events.
- Prepare meeting minutes and coordinate staff training.
- Assist in HR documentation, compliance, and policy support.
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.

Responsibilities:
Handle incoming calls, messages, courier arrangements, and general administrative support
Manage renewal and follow-up of insurance, permits, certifications, and vendor contracts
Raise purchase orders in SAP and assist with HR-related purchases.
Maintain staff records including attendance, leave, and personal particulars.
Support recruitment, onboarding, orientation, and employee welfare/events.
Prepare meeting minutes, coordinate staff training, courses, and medical check-ups.
Assist in HR, ISO, and GMP documentation, compliance, and policy support.
Perform other administrative and HR tasks as assigned by Management.
