Job summary
A human resources service provider in Singapore is seeking an HR Administrative support staff. The role includes providing administrative support, assisting in recruitment efforts, and preparing HR-related documents. Candidates should have a pleasant personality and good communication skills. Basic knowledge in HR is welcome. This position offers transport from designated MRT stations and involves working as a team player.

Responsibilities
- Provide HR administrative support within the HR department.
- Assist in recruitment matters, coordinating and conducting interviews.
- Prepare HR-related letters, including appointment and certification letters.
Skills
Work Location: West (transport provided from Choa Chu Kang MRT & Joo Koon MRT)
- Provide HR Administrative support within the HR department
- Filing of documents for the HR department
- Assist in recruitment matters such as coordinating and conducting interviews.
- Preparation of HR-related letters, including Letters of Appointment and Employment Certifications.
- Calculation of annual leave and other benefit entitlement
- Handling of yearly leave records
- Payroll knowledge is an advantage
- Assist in any other duties when necessary
- Basic knowledge/experience is welcome to apply
- Pleasant personality, good interpersonal and communication skills
