- Handle day‑to‑day accounting functions: bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliation, and monthly closing.
- Prepare financial statements, management reports, and assist in budgeting & forecasting.
- Use ChatGPT and AI‑powered tools to automate repetitive accounting tasks (report drafting, data entry, reconciliations).
- Support audits, compliance, and tax‑related submissions.
- Collaborate with finance and business teams to improve efficiency.
- Identify opportunities to digitalize workflows and enhance accuracy in reporting.
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields (Polytechnic / University).
- Familiar with ChatGPT and AI productivity tools (e.g., data summarization, financial report drafting).
- Knowledge of accounting principles and software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, SAP, or similar).
- Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and problem‑solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
