· JOB SCOPE
Warehouse Assistant (50%)
- Handle of medium and heavy equipment, if any
- Receiving, sorting and putting away incoming goods.
- Picking, packing & palletizing goods
- Labelling, quality check and maintenance of cargoes
- Checks, inspection and administering of new goods received into warehouse
- Adhering to standard operating procedures to ensure efficient good flow
- Inventory control procedures to ensure accurate inventory count
- Maintaining a clean, organized work area
- Basic administration duties
- Ad-hoc duties assigned by the Management
Warehouse Coordinator (50%)
- Answer calls and emails in order to respond to customer required
- Process customer orders promptly and accurately
- Ensure all delivery activities are completed within schedule
- Build and maintain good rapport with customers to fulfil their requirement
- Update and ensure all data are in the system (WMS – Warehouse Management System)
- Perform other related duties as required by operations and warehouse department
- Responsible for managing the incoming & outgoing orders
- Process shipping operation and courier service (DHL or Fedex)
- Import/Export permit declarations and custom clearance
- Handle full spectrum of shipping documents for import & export
- Maintain accurate records of shipping documents as per SOP standard
- Prepare billings
- Perform other duties and responsibilities, as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma in any fields/Min O level graduate with at least 3 years and above of relevant working experience
- Preferably has knowledge specialize in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
- Required language(s): English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates)
- Proficient in Microsoft office applications, warehouse system (WMS) knowledge and able to handle scanner
- Email and Computer Literate is a MUST
- Possesses well communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and team player
- Able to multitask & work in a fast-paced environment
