A logistics company in Singapore is seeking a Senior Warehouse Assistant / Warehouse Supervisor to oversee warehouse operations and manage a team. Responsibilities include supervising unstuffing/stuffing, monitoring cargo operations, and ensuring safety compliance. Candidates should possess a relevant diploma and a forklift license. This role involves outdoor work and managing staff effectively.
Supervise operations in the warehouse (unstuffing /stuffing, delivery/receiving, cutting etc.)
Inform customers if there is cargo damage
Send stuffing / unstuffing photos to customers upon operation completion
Handle any ad-hoc arrangements such as cutting/fumigation and other services required by customers
Monitor warehouse inbound /outbound and its space management
Plan and distribute manpower / resources / equipment to complete daily operational schedule
Perform EHS site checklist and conduct daily toolbox meetings
Prepare and issue gate in / out document for delivery drivers and collection drivers
Liaise with vendors for job execution and invoicing
Executive corrective action on safety non-conformance findings
