A dynamic organization is seeking a Junior HR Officer to support manpower budget management and liaise with stakeholders in Singapore. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years' experience, strong Excel and communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure. This role offers exposure to HRIS management and various HR projects in a fast-paced environment.
Job Description
We are looking for an HR Officer (Junior) to join our team. In this role, you will manage the manpower related budget matters, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Other than handling the budget related matters, your primary duties also include liaison with internal stakeholders as well as HR colleagues in other entities to ensure timely and accurate submission of manpower budget. You will also be supporting the HRIS and preparation of reports for both internal and external.
The ideal candidate for this position should at least comes with 2 or more years of experience in a similar capacity. They also must ideally possess excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills and the ability to work well under pressure. In addition, they are comfortable working with various software and have excellent communication skills to communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
