Job summary
A leading cloud computing firm is seeking a professional to support Web3 solutions in Singapore. The role involves responsibility for solution design and pre-sales support related to the Web3 industry, along with promoting products and solutions to various stakeholders. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in relevant fields, have over 5 years of consulting experience, and possess strong communication skills in both English and Mandarin. This position offers the opportunity to influence the Web3 space and work with senior personnel.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in IT, Computer Science, and/or Cloud Computing.
- At least 5 years of pre-sales or consulting experience.
- Understanding of cloud products and solutions.
- Strong communication and execution skills.
- In-depth understanding of data mining and data analysis.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for solution and pre-sales support for Web3 industry.
- Design and promote standardized Web3 solutions.
- Present solution architecture designs to C-level personnel.
- Understand Web3 customer requirements and provide solutions.
- Enhance sales performance of products and solutions.
Skills
Education
- Responsible for solution and pre‑sales support work related to the Web3 industry of Alibaba Cloud International.
- Design, develop and promote standardized Web3 solutions.
- Promote Alibaba Cloud Web3 products and solutions to customers, partners and ecosystem participants, and establish influence in Web3 space.
- Create and present solution architecture designs to C‑level/senior personnel.
- Understand the requirements of Web3 customers, partners and ecosystem, and be able to provide appropriate Alibaba Cloud Web3 solutions and architecture design.
- Familiar with the product and solution design process, including market analysis, product and solution planning, design, launch, and continue to enhance the technical competitiveness and sales performance of the products and solutions.
- Bachelor's degree or above in IT, Computer Science, and/or Cloud Computing, with an understanding of Web3 and its ecosystem.
- At least 5 years of pre‑sales or consulting experience, with a deep understanding of customer requirements and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Experience in relevant Web3 space is preferred.
- Understanding of cloud products and solutions. Experience in product and solution planning, design, implementation, and commercialization is preferred.
- Strong communication and execution skills. Experience in delivering large‑scale projects is preferred.
- In‑depth understanding of data mining and data analysis is preferred.
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin, as the role will need to coordinate effectively with HQ in Mainland China. An in‑depth understanding of international markets is preferred.
