Job summary
A digital platform company located in Singapore is seeking a candidate for a role focused on Web3 and platform operations. Responsibilities include overseeing NFT minting workflows, maintaining blockchain provenance records, and supporting product integration. Candidates should possess a strong understanding of blockchain and NFTs, along with a relevant degree in Arts Administration or similar fields. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about contemporary art and technology in a dynamic work environment.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of blockchain, NFTs, and Web3 ecosystems is preferred.
- Knowledge or interest in contemporary art, gallery operations, or curatorial practice is a plus.
- Organised, solution-oriented, and comfortable working in a build-stage environment.
Responsibilities
- Oversee NFT minting workflows.
- Maintain accuracy and security of blockchain provenance records.
- Support Web3 product integration.
- Research and document the gallery's internal collections.
- Standardise artwork metadata structure pre-launch.
Skills
Education
- Oversee NFT minting workflows: metadata creation, proof-of-authenticity, token transfers
- Maintain accuracy and security of blockchain provenance records
- Support Web3 product integration (wallet flows, gas fee structure, payments)
- Research and document the gallery’s internal collections, artists, and exhibitions to support efficient Web3 onboarding and data migration
- Conduct primary and secondary research to support exhibition and collection narratives
- Standardise artwork metadata structure pre-launch
- Coordinate with artists/galleries for verification of on-chain records
- Liaise with web developers to translate user needs into product improvements
- Track project timelines and prepare progress documentation
- Support onboarding and training for users transitioning into Web3
Strong understanding of blockchain, NFTs, and Web3 ecosystems is preferred.
Knowledge or interest of contemporary art, gallery operations, or curatorial practice is a plus.
Excellent writing, research, and data-management skills.
Organised, solution-oriented, and comfortable working in a build-stage environment.
Degree requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Arts Administration, Business Administration, Digital Technology, Electronics Engineering, or related fields.
