Responsibilities

TikTok will prioritize applicants who have a current right to work in Singapore and do not require sponsorship for a visa. The TikTok LIVE team is dedicated to creating real-time interactive scenes through livestreaming, a new content form that adds value to the ecosystem. Livestreaming offers users a unique consumption experience, enhances content exposure, and provides new employment opportunities with direct fan interaction, fostering deeper relationships with creators. It generates healthy revenue for the platform, promotes content exclusivity, and serves as a foundational infrastructure for expanding ecological boundaries. We are seeking an HRBP to join us and help build the future of this high-growth area. The successful candidate will support our TikTok LIVE team by bringing industry and technology expertise to drive new business growth. Specifically, you will:

  1. Partner with your assigned business units to understand their strategies and implement high-quality HR practices.
  2. Consult with management and provide HR guidance on talent development, performance management, and employee relations.
  3. Assess team and employee development needs, recommend solutions, and implement them.
  4. Manage employee disciplinary issues and advise leaders on case management.
  5. Collaborate with HR teams in Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, HR operations, and others to implement solutions.
  6. Drive employee engagement initiatives within your business units.
  7. Promote TikTok's organizational culture through planning and executing cultural activities.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner in a high-growth company.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills across all organizational levels.
  • Proven success in designing and implementing people programs.
  • Experience working in matrixed, high-growth organizations with increasing scope.
  • Deep business acumen and ability to support business growth through people development.
  • BA/BS degree required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting tech businesses is preferred.
  • MBA or advanced degree in Psychology or HR Management preferred; certifications in HR or coaching are a plus.
