Job description

We are looking for an HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The HR Manager will be the go-to person for all employee-related issues. Main duties involve managing activities such as job design, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training & development, and talent management.

This role is vital to Initia’s success. Promoting corporate values and shaping a positive culture are essential aspects of the HR Manager role.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Developing the company's HR agenda
  • Developing HR strategies, policies, and practices
  • Structuring compensation and benefit packages
  • Creating KPIs and evaluation structures for employees
  • Finding suitable government grants for the business and securing them
  • Managing, saving, and allocating HR funds with government grants
  • Providing input on workforce and succession planning, as well as restructuring plans
  • Completing projects assigned by HQ on schedule
  • Handling recruitment and selection processes, including posting advertisements, shortlisting, and preparing employment contracts
  • Ensuring legal compliance by monitoring and implementing relevant laws and regulations
  • Planning and overseeing Learning and Development programs for staff
  • Ensuring timely and accurate payroll delivery
  • Managing welfare matters and organizing staff activities
  • Driving performance management programs, identifying talent gaps, and developing internal candidate pipelines
  • Managing overall end-to-end payroll processes
  • Providing HR consulting and solutions to business units on a daily basis
