Job summary
A leading company in Singapore is seeking an Accounts Receivable Assistant. The role involves preparing sales invoices, performing reconciliations, and assisting in financial reporting. Candidates should have at least 1 year of relevant experience and be proficient in MS Office and Excel. Immediate starters preferred.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year relevant accounting experience, fresh graduates are welcomed.
- Strong sense of responsibility to meet tight deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Assist in Accounts Receivable functions.
- Liaise with respective departments to resolve issues.
- Prepare sales invoices and credit notes.
- Assist in month end closing.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliation.
- Prepare journals and audit schedules.
Skills
- Location: Woodlands South
- Working Hours: 830am - 6pm
- Immediate starter: preferred
- Assist in Accounts Receivable functions
- Liaise with respective departments, especially operation team, to resolve issues and to follow up documents and receipts.
- Prepare sales invoices, credit notes and issue letter of offer
- Prepare journals and audit schedules, resolve outstanding issues in audit schedule
- Assist in month end closing and ensure accuracy and timely submission of monthly report
- Perform monthly bank reconciliation
- Perform monthly sales reconciliation
- At least 1 year relevant accounting experience, fresh are welcomed.
- Proficient in MS Office & Excel
- Meticulous, able to multi-task and possess positive attitude
- Diligent and result-orientated and with strong sense of responsibility to meet tight deadlines
- Preferably to start work immediately or within short notice
