The Admin Assistant is responsible for providing general office and administrative support to ensure efficient and effective operations.
• Process orders, generate quotations, delivery orders, and invoices.
• Handle staff and customer inquiries/issues.
• Perform ad-hoc HR duties as assigned.
• Manage general administration and coordination duties.
• Prepare sales and stock reports, and perform data entry.
• Follow up with customers on outstanding payments and issues, including monthly Statements of Account (SOA).
• Update and report on the status of service equipment.
• Liaise with external parties such as consumers and suppliers.
• Support sales and technical staff with job orders.
• Proficiency in Chinese and English is required; additional languages are a bonus.
• Experience in an automotive firm is advantageous.
