We are seeking an experienced and motivated HR Manager who is keen to grow and develop alongside the business.

The HR Manager will oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes to ensure they align with the company’s strategic goals. This role involves managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, policy implementation, training, and compliance with labour laws.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes while promoting corporate values and fostering a positive workplace culture.
  • Update and enforce HR policies to ensure compliance with all relevant local and international employment laws and regulations.
  • Maintain and enforce compliance with labour laws and health and safety regulations, keeping the organization up to date on any changes.
  • Identify employee training needs, coordinate learning and development opportunities, and support career growth.

Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources
  • Strong knowledge of MOM policies and laws, HR best practices, policy, and employee relations.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and maintain confidentiality.
  • Proficiency with HRIS systems/Telenox and Microsoft Office Suite.
