Job summary
A dynamic e-commerce company in Malaysia is looking for an energetic Contract Live Host to join their team. You will host live sessions on TikTok and Shopee, showcasing products and interacting with viewers to drive sales. This role requires commitment to a minimum 3-month contract with flexible working hours, including weekends.

- Responsible for program hosting via Tiktok and Shopee, managing live streaming and monitoring its effectiveness.
- Develop creative ways to enhance and improve Tiktok and Shopee live streaming experience.
- Strive to achieve monthly target of 65 live streaming slots, and improve viewers' engagement and experience.
- Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and consistency across all sessions.
- Comfortable and passionate about conducting live.
- Track, monitor, and understand Livestream's performance through insights and analytics.
- Prepare reports and provide insights on business trends to the management team.
- Constantly updated on the latest marketing trends and happenings.
- Any other ad hoc task assigned by your supervisor.
- Female preferred, age range 25-35.
- SPM/STPM with minimum 3–6 months of proven experience as a Live Host on TikTok/Shopee.
- Must commit to at least 3 months contract.
- Able to work 6 hours per day (5 days a week) depending on the team’s schedule.
- Must be available on weekends, payday sales, and peak campaign dates.
- Willing to attend a 1 week training and mock sessions at office before going live.
- Stable internet connection (30–50 Mbps minimum) for WFH setup.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as live stream sessions may require.
- Experience in the homecare niche is an added advantage.
- Sales-driven, ambitious, self-motivated, and reliable (no last-minute cancellations).
- Cheerful, confident, and comfortable speaking in front of the camera.
- Willing to learn, open to feedback, and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Engaging personality with the ability to respond to viewers' comments in real time.
- Strong teamwork skills and a positive working attitude.
- Commission pay is provided based on personal sales.
