A leading BPO and technology solutions provider is looking for a Financial Solution Advisor (Mandarin Speaker) to work from home. This role involves assisting clients with loan products, necessitating strong sales and communication skills in both English and Mandarin. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, 2-3 years of sales experience, and a customer-focused mindset. Qualifications

• 2-3 years of telemarketing or sales experience, preferably in financial services.
• Knowledge of challenges specific to SMEs.
• Experience in banking or financial services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to clients in loan products.
• Negotiate terms and close deals.
• Analyze financial statements to assess creditworthiness.
