About your role

You’ll lead initiatives in Revenue Growth Management, category strategy, and in‑store excellence to optimise profitability and elevate commercial performance. This role bridges Sales, Finance, and Marketing to ensure integrated execution and agile course correction across channels.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead the development and implementation of Commercial Excellence strategies across channels and markets.
  • Apply RGM levers—Price, Pack/Price Architecture, Mix, Promotion, and Trade Investment—to drive sustainable growth.
  • Design and execute in‑store visibility frameworks using the 5Ps and PICOS (Picture of Success) model.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align strategies and ensure agile execution.
  • Analyse financial performance and develop pricing guidelines to balance profitability and competitiveness.
  • Coach and upskill execution teams across markets to embed best practices and drive continuous improvement.
  • Foster innovation and experimentation through shopper‑centric approaches and category visioning.

  • Excellent influencing and networking abilities across all levels of the organisation.
