Job Requirements

Transportation: Must have own transportation (motorcycle/car).

Environment: Comfortable working in an environment where dust and toner particles may be present.

Travel: Willing to travel across Kuala Lumpur & Selangor.

Languages: Proficient in both Bahasa Malaysia and English (written and spoken).

Education: Must possess at least an SPM Certification or a higher qualification.

Experience: Prior experience in machine repair or related technical operations is preferred; basic IT knowledge is an advantage (training will be provided). Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Primary Duties
  1. Primarily based in-house, providing technical support to our teams.
  2. Refurbish and/or repair photocopiers and machine components.
  3. Conduct performance stress tests and quality assurances before deployment.
  4. Escalate technical issues to the appropriate operations team.
  5. Maintain accurate service logs and records.
  6. Manage overall office administration, including inventory control and supply management.
  7. Maintain and manage stock levels of consumables and spare parts; coordinate refurbishment of eligible components.
  8. Assist to attend on-site for delivery, troubleshooting and rectification whenever necessary.
  9. Report or escalate notable cases when required.
  10. Coordinate with the supervisor for task assignments.
Additional Duties
  1. Provide first-level support via remote applications.
  2. Perform other related duties as assigned.
