Key Responsibilities

Evaluate and assess children’s physical, cognitive, and sensory skills to develop individualized therapy plans.

Implement therapeutic interventions to enhance children’s daily living skills, sensory processing, motor skills, and behavioral challenges.

Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to develop and achieve therapy goals.

Provide guidance and support to families on how to reinforce therapy goals and activities at home.

Monitor and document the progress of each child, making adjustments to therapy plans as necessary.

Maintain accurate and confidential records of assessments, treatment plans, and progress reports.

Participate in team meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary care plans.

Stay current with best practices and developments in pediatric occupational therapy.

Requirements

Minimum 1-3 years of experience working with children aged 18 months to 10 years, including those with developmental delays, sensory challenges and behavioral challenges.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Proficiency in English (oral and written) is essential.

Ability to drive and willingness to travel between clinics in Kuala Lumpur and Selangor.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Have full working rights in Malaysia or hold a valid working visa.
