Key Responsibilities
  • We are searching for a highly organized and attentive Personal Assistant to support a high-level executive in our team.
  • Managing calendars, making travel arrangements and preparing expense reports.
  • Well-organized, have excellent time management skills, and act with honesty and integrity.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks, while maintaining professional interactions with individuals at all levels of the organization and assisting with personal tasks, such as running errands or personal shopping including maintaining files and documents, both physical and digital, in an organized manner.
  • Handling correspondence on behalf of the employer, including emails, letters, and phone calls and preparing reports, memos, invoices, and other documents.
  • Conducting research and providing information upon request.
  • Facilitating communication between the employer and other staff members or clients.
  • Maintaining the employer’s privacy and confidentiality at all times.
  • Handling any other tasks or duties as required by the employer.
  • Able to travel all times.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Diploma / Degree in Business Studies / Office Management or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong command of English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin in both written and verbal. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • Able to withhold strict confidentiality and high professionalism at all times.
  • Able to maintain calmness and deliver quality outputs under stressful conditions.
