The Business Support Executive is an integral part of our dynamic leadership team. This role offers a unique opportunity to support multiple leaders, manage sensitive information, and ensure the efficient operation of our business in Service- Malaysia. How you'll make an impact:
You will perform document control and records management on behalf of project user groups, including maintenance and delivery of records/data management services and systems, which may include maintenance of files, archiving, and management of repositories.
You will apply broad theoretical job knowledge to draft, review, and edit documents, presentations, and reports, schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives.
You will organize and prepare for internal and external meetings, including setting agendas and taking minutes, manage travel arrangements and process expense reports accurately and timely.
You will support special projects, research, and data analysis and assist with onboarding new hires, ensuring they have the necessary access and equipment.
You will act as the point of contact for the service team in MY and stakeholders across the hub, managing communications, SCM and finance related support including PR / PO / Invoicing process and office supplies and handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.

You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
Your background:
You hold a bachelor's degree preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in an executive assistant or similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to interact professionally with all levels of the organization and external partners. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent verbal, written communication skills with excellent know-how of making PowerPoint presentation.
