Qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma in a relevant field such as Biomedical Sciences, Nursing or related discipline.
  • Prior experience in clinical support or medical sales is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and remain calm under pressure.

Overview

Support Product Specialists and Product Executives in their daily operations and activities.

Scrub in and assist clients in operating theatres, demonstrating strong product knowledge and professionalism.

Build and maintain positive working relationships with both medical and administrative staff.

Prepare and submit daily action plans and reports via WhatsApp to superior.

Participate actively in marketing campaigns and promotional events.

Address and resolve client concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Travel frequently between hospitals and clinics to support surgical cases and client needs.

Be available for on-call support and travel as required, often at short notice.

Handle ad-hoc tasks and perform other duties as assigned by the management team.

Key Responsibilities

Job Requirements
  • Education
    Minimum Diploma in a relevant field such as Biomedical Sciences, Nursing, or a related discipline. (Note: Candidates without prior experience are welcome to apply. Training will be provided by the company.)
  • Experience
    Prior experience in clinical support or medical sales is an advantage, but not mandatory.
