The ideal candidate will possess a diploma in tourism and have 1-2 years of experience in reservation and ticketing, particularly using GDS systems like AMADEUS. Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia are essential to support clients in their travel needs.   • Handle emergency ticketing matters promptly.

Responsibilities


  • Responsible for developing corporate ticketing sales function and able to work independently

  • Handle all aspects of travel agency operations including managing travel bookings/quotations

  • Provide expert knowledge to different clientele in areas of flight routings, accommodation requirements, Visa requirements, car rental, and other related travel services

  • Able to make reservations ticketing who familiar with the GDS system, especially in AMADEUS

  • Good communication and ability to handle booking for Corporate & Government Clients

  • Provide support to customers who may need to amend or cancel a reservation

  • Able to handle emergency ticketing matters promptly

  • To perform any other ad hoc task as assigned by the superior


Requirements


  • Diploma in the Tourism industry or related studies in Travel Agency.

  • Good attitude and Passionate for the travel, tourism, and hospitality sector

  • Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in Reservation & Ticketing

  • Experience in the Travel industry and visa processing

  • Good written and spoken communication skills in English and B/ Malaysia.

  • Attention to detail and flexible working hours.

  • Proactive and motivated team player with good interpersonal skill
