Overview

Job Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities by reaching out to developers, main contractors, and sub-contractors.
  • Field Work & Site Visits: Regularly travel to construction sites and client offices within Johor Bahru and surrounding areas for meetings and project follow‑ups.
  • Sales Cycle Management: Handle the entire sales process from lead generation, quotation, and negotiation to contract signing.
  • Payment Collection: Assist in monitoring and following up on project payment collections to ensure healthy cash flow.
  • Client Relationship: Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Job Requirements
  • Own Transport: Must possess a valid driving license (Class D) and own a vehicle. Must be willing to travel frequently for site visits.
  • Language Proficiency: Strong communication skills in Mandarin are required. Proficiency in English and Malay is an added advantage.
  • Professional Attributes: Self‑motivated, aggressive in sales, result‑oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Education: Minimum SPM, Diploma, or Higher in any field.
  • Experience: Experience in sales or the construction/building material industry is preferred, but ambitious fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Competitive Basic Salary + Position Allowance.
