Working Hours: Monday-Friday | 9AM - 6PM

Tour Coordination & Operations
  • Plan, organize, and coordinate tours for clients according to their preferences and needs.
  • Communicate with clients to understand their requirements and provide travel advice.
  • Handle logistics such as transportation, accommodations, activities, and itineraries.
  • Ensure timely execution of tour schedules and resolve any issues that arise during the tour.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and service providers.
  • Monitor and manage tour budgets, ensuring cost-efficiency without compromising quality.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service before, during, and after the tour.
Qualifications
  • SPM, Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or related field
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in a travel agency or tour operations role
  • Strong knowledge of travel destinations, tour planning, and travel logistics
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and travel booking systems
