A travel company in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Tour Product Development and Procurement Manager to create compelling travel packages based on market trends and customer preferences. This role involves optimizing product performance, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring clear communication with sales and marketing teams. Research and design compelling travel packages by analyzing market trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences.
Continuously optimize product performance by reviewing past tour feedback and adapting to evolving market demands.
Identify and recommend new destinations, experiences, and enhancements to strengthen the company’s portfolio.
Partner closely with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure strong product positioning, clear value propositions, and effective promotional strategies.
Support the Sales team with accurate product details, quotations
Prepare quotation and managing private and incentive tours
Build and maintain strong relationships with hotels, airlines, and ground suppliers to secure competitive rates and quality service standards.
Check and confirm the availability of flights, accommodations, and transportation for our group tours
Manage bookings of hotels and related services for our group tours
Monitor deadlines, cancellation policies, payment schedules, and penalties to minimize risks and ensure operational compliance.
