Qualifications

  • Fresh Graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of working experience.
  • Strong interest in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles.
  • Willing to do field sales, cold calling, and outdoor visits.
  • Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer skills (Excel / Google Sheets, reporting, email).
  • Malaysian citizen.
  • Active involvement in university clubs, events, or leadership roles.
  • Own transport and familiarity with Penang area.
  • Travel Agent, Insurance experience is added advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Actively approach and build relationships with travel agents and partners.
  • Conduct cold calling, outdoor visits, and face-to-face meetings.
  • Support sales activities to drive occupancy and revenue.
  • Achieve assigned weekly and monthly sales KPIs.
  • Build and maintain good relationships with travel agents and partners.
  • Provide support to partners to ensure smooth collaboration.
  • Analyze market trends and share insights with the sales team.
  • Work closely with internal teams such as operations and marketing.
  • Assist in onboarding and coordination with travel agency partners.

What You Will Be Doing
  • Sales & Business Development
  • Actively approach and build relationships with travel agents, corporates, and potential partners
  • Conduct cold calling, outdoor visits, and face-to-face meetings
  • Support sales activities to drive occupancy, room nights, and revenue
  • Achieve assigned weekly and monthly sales KPIs
Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain good relationships with travel agents and partners
  • Provide basic support to partners to ensure smooth collaboration
  • Follow up consistently to maintain long-term partnerships
Market Exposure & Learning
  • Learn to analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and promotions
  • Gather market feedback and share insights with the sales team
Collaboration & Operations
  • Work closely with internal teams such as operations, marketing, and customer support
  • Assist in onboarding and day-to-day coordination with travel agency partners
