Qualifications

  • 2-3 years’ experience in corporate or leisure ticketing is an advantage.
  • Fresh graduates who want to learn are also welcome to apply.
  • Experience managing corporate or government-linked accounts is a plus.

Job description
Key Responsibilities

Handle air ticket issuance, reissuance, and refunds using GDS (preferably Amadeus or Sabre).

Process and manage corporate travel bookings (air, hotel, ground).

Advise clients on best fare options, routes, and travel policies.

Support travel quotations, itineraries, and reporting for corporate accounts.

Coordinate with airlines and suppliers for schedule changes or special requests.

Maintain accurate ticketing and billing records.

Requirements

2–3 years’ experience in corporate or leisure ticketing an advantage (fresh graduates who want to learn are also welcome to apply).

Proficiency in GDS (Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo) is a plus.

Strong attention to detail and time management skills.

Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Experience managing corporate or government-linked accounts is an advantage.

Team-oriented, client-focused, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
