A dynamic travel technology company is seeking a candidate to handle air ticket issuance and manage corporate travel bookings. You will advise clients on fare options and coordinate with airlines. Ideal candidates have GDS experience, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Handle air ticket issuance, reissuance, and refunds using GDS (preferably Amadeus or Sabre).
Process and manage corporate travel bookings (air, hotel, ground).
Advise clients on best fare options, routes, and travel policies.
Support travel quotations, itineraries, and reporting for corporate accounts.
Coordinate with airlines and suppliers for schedule changes or special requests.
Maintain accurate ticketing and billing records.
2–3 years’ experience in corporate or leisure ticketing an advantage (fresh graduates who want to learn are also welcome to apply).
Proficiency in GDS (Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo) is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Experience managing corporate or government-linked accounts is an advantage.
Team-oriented, client-focused, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
