A food industry company in Selangor is seeking an experienced sales professional. The role involves preparing sales reports, investigating customer issues, and building lasting client relationships. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years FMCG experience, strong coordination skills, and the ability to work independently. Proficiency in English, Malay, and Chinese is required, with knowledge of additional languages as a plus. Applicants must have their own transport and be willing to travel within Klang Valley.
Working hours : 5.5 days
Mature, responsible and self-motivated
Strong coordination, initiative and able to work under minimum supervision.
Minimum 2 year(s) FMCG experience in a similar role
Required language(s): EN, BM, CN. Well verse in other languages is an added advantage
Applicants must be willing to travel within Klang Valley
Having own transport
Prepare sales reports and report projected sales/margin forecasts. Track and highlight unusual increases/decreases in customer demand
Investigate, resolve and log customer issues and advise on follow-up actions
Creating positive, long-lasting relationships with current and potential clients
To achieve sales targets as set by the management.
