Job description

We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic finance professional to join our Supply Chain Finance team. This role partners closely with operations, procurement, logistics, and commercial teams to drive cost optimization, improve end-to-end supply chain performance, and support strategic business decisions across the region.

You will lead financial planning and analysis for regional supply chain activities, build financial models, support capital investment decisions, and drive key productivity and efficiency initiatives. This is a high-visibility role offering exposure to senior stakeholders and cross-functional leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning for supply chain operations
  • Provide financial insights and business partnering support to manufacturing, logistics, and procurement teams
  • Analyze and report key supply chain performance metrics including COGS, inventory, productivity, and working capital
  • Drive cost optimization and value-creation projects across the region
  • Support CAPEX business cases and investment decisions with financial modeling and ROI analyses
  • Monitor and manage supply chain risks, supplier cost trends, and commodity impacts
  • Partner with global finance and functional teams to ensure consistency in reporting and planning
  • Improve financial processes, controls, and reporting tools to enhance visibility and accuracy
  • Present financial results and recommendations to senior leaders
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or related field
  • 10+ years of finance experience in Supply Chain, FP&A, or Operations Finance
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in financial modeling and business case development
  • Proven business partnering capability across cross-functional teams
