Job summary

A food industry company in Selangor is seeking an experienced sales professional. The role involves preparing sales reports, investigating customer issues, and building lasting client relationships. Tasks & responsibilities

Prepare sales reports and report projected sales/margin forecasts. Track and highlight unusual increases/decreases in customer demand

Investigate, resolve and log customer issues and advise on follow-up actions

Creating positive, long-lasting relationships with current and potential clients

To achieve sales targets as set by the management.
