A company in accounting services located in Puchong seeks a qualified individual to handle full sets of accounts including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Ledger. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with tax regulations and perform financial analyses while maintaining accurate accounting records. A Diploma or Degree in Accounting is required, along with 2 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in English and Mandarin for effective communication is essential for this role. Handle full set of accounts, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (G/L), ensuring compliance with tax and statutory regulations.
Perform monthly bank reconciliations, financial analysis, ageing reports, and manage daily cheque issuance and collections.
Maintain proper accounting records, documentation, and filing systems.
Assist in managing company secretarial matters and ensure compliance with relevant statutory requirements.
Ensure proper tax treatment (e.g., SST, withholding tax) is reflected in issued e-Invoices.
Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and government authorities for year-end audit and statutory reporting.
Maintain compliance with SST, EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and income tax requirements.
Monitor and ensure timely submission of tax filings, statutory payments, and management reports.
Assist superiors and perform ad-hoc assignments as required.

Minimum 2 year of working experience in accounting or a related role
Proficiency in accounting software (AutoCount) and Excel
Strong understanding of accounting standards, SST, and tax compliance.
Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Good communication and time management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Proficient in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written) to communicate with suppliers, clients, and management.
