We are seeking an experienced and detail‑oriented Account & Finance Manager to oversee the company’s financial operations, accounting functions, and reporting. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing cash flow, financial compliance, and supporting business growth within the motorcycle sales industry.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and detail‑oriented Account & Finance Manager to oversee the company’s financial operations, accounting functions, and reporting. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing cash flow, financial compliance, and supporting business growth within the motorcycle sales industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Review full set of accounts including AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliation and monthly closing

• Review monthly management accounts, financial reports, and cash flow forecasts

• Handle e‑Invoice, income tax, EPF, SOCSO & EIS submissions; liaise with HR Department

• Monitor and control company expenses, cash flow, budgets, inventory costing for motorcycles, spare parts and profitability

• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, banks, and relevant authorities

• Oversee credit control, dealer financing, and inventory costing for motorcycles

• Implement and improve internal controls, accounting policies, and SOPs

• Support management in financial planning, analysis, and decision‑making

• Lead and supervise accounts team, ensuring accuracy and efficiency

• Participate weekly and monthly meetings including with board and top management

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• Professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, CIMA or equivalent) is an advantage

• Minimum 5–8 years of relevant accounting & finance experience

• Experience in retail, automotive, or motorcycle industry is a plus

• Strong knowledge of Malaysian accounting standards and tax regulations

• Proficient in accounting software (Preferable with SQL Accounting) and Microsoft Excel

• Good leadership, analytical, and problem‑solving skills

• Able to work independently with minimal supervision

• Looking for Female and able to communicate in Chinese is preferred (to liaise with management/suppliers)
