Requirement
  • Minimum SPM / Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • At least 1–2 years of working experience in order processing, inventory coordination, or administrative support.
  • Familiar with AutoCount system (Sales, Inventory, and Invoicing modules preferred).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and comfortable handling data entry and document tracking.
  • Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Good communication skills to coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and logistics partners.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision and take initiative to resolve daily operation issues.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and accuracy in handling documents, invoices, and stock records.
Responsibility
  • Process customer orders, delivery notes and invoices through the AutoCount system accurately and promptly.
  • Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to arrange shipment, delivery schedules and stock movement.
  • Maintain and update inventory records, ensuring all stock in/out entries are accurate and up to date.
  • Assist in order tracking, goods receiving, and stock reconciliation activities.
  • Support procurement tasks, including preparing purchase orders and tracking supplier deliveries.
  • Handle documentation related to billing, DO, GRN, and other relevant administrative paperwork.
  • Generate reports and summaries from AutoCount for management review.
  • Provide administrative and clerical support to the sales team, ensuring smooth coordination of day‑to‑day operations.
