A leading property management firm in Penang is seeking a Building Manager responsible for overseeing daily operations, financial performance assessments, and tenant relations within the building. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Property or Real Estate Management and at least 4 years of experience in the field. Strong communication, interpersonal, and report writing skills are essential. This position offers a dynamic environment to manage various aspects of property management.

Qualifications

  • At least 4 years of proven working experience in Property Management.
  • Able to prepare monthly reports, defect reports, checklists and presentations.

Job description

Vacancies available for residential, basically the role as a Building Manager. You are responsible for, but not limited to:

Responsibilities
  • Ensure all management matters (day-to-day operations, maintenance, tenancy, credit control, etc.) run smoothly in accordance with headquarters procedures and guidelines.
  • Oversee monthly and quarterly assessments and forecasts of the organization’s financial performance against budget and actual.
  • Prepare and manage approved annual budgets.
  • Provide necessary supervision and advice on matters pertaining to mechanical and electrical building services systems to the site staff.
  • Attend meetings with the client, respond to inquiries, and follow up on outstanding matters with appropriate action plans.
  • Manage all tenants within the building on their requests/complaints related to common facilities and services, issue letters and notices, and attend meetings with tenants as required.
