Job summary
A leading law firm in Johor Bahru is seeking a Conveyancing Junior Associate or Senior Clerk with experience in retail, project, and commercial conveyancing. The candidate should be hardworking, responsible, and able to handle projects independently. Required qualifications include at least 1 year of experience for juniors and 7 years for seniors, alongside skills in communication and teamwork. An attractive remuneration package is offered along with the opportunity for outstation travel. Immediate availability is preferred.

- Min 1 year of experience in retail/project/commercial conveyancing for Junior Conveyancing Associate.
- Min 7 years of experience in retail/project/commercial conveyancing for Senior Conveyancing Clerk.
- Min 3 years of experience in retail/project/commercial conveyancing for Junior Conveyancing Clerk.
Responsibilities
- Handle projects & sub-sale cases from A-Z with minimum supervision.
- Manage loan documentation for various conveyancing matters.
- Perform additional administrative work related to conveyancing.
Skills
Responsibilities:
- Able to handle projects & sub-sale cases from A-Z with minimum supervision. (preferably candidates who possess Project handling experience)
- Experience in handling conveyancing matters pertaining to Retail, Project or Commercial Loan & SPA documentation from A-Z with minimum supervision.
- Able to handle loan documentation for sub-sale, project, perfection, discharge/DRR & all other conveyancing matters.
- Hardworking, responsible and committed to work.
- Able to work efficiently and independently, and able to work as a team.
- Willing to learn, able to handle stress well & complete tasks within the timeline.
- Having good communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Able to converse in English and Bahasa Melayu language, Mandarin is an advantage.
- Immediate availability is preferable.
- Attractive remuneration package.
- Able to travel outstation.
Additional administrative work related to conveyancing.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Junior Conveyancing Associate: Min 1 year of experience in retail/project/commercial conveyancing or corporate field.
- Senior Conveyancing Clerk: Min 7 years of experience in retail/project/commercial conveyancing field.
- Junior Conveyancing Clerk: Min 3 years of experience in retail/project/commercial conveyancing field.
