A company in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a detail-oriented Admin Executive to manage day-to-day office administration. The role involves performing administrative duties, maintaining records, and providing support to management. Candidates should have 1-2 years of experience or be fresh graduates with a relevant degree. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia are essential. The salary package ranges from RM3,000 to RM5,000 per month depending on experience and performance.
We are looking for a detail-oriented Admin Executive to handle day-to-day office administration and support the smooth running of our operations. This is a basic admin role, suitable for candidates who are organised, responsible and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Perform general administrative duties including data entry, document preparation, filing and record maintenance.
Maintain and update company records, documents and databases.
Ensure all documents are properly labelled, filed and easy to retrieve
Prepare purchase requests / purchase orders for office supplies and services
Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive documents and information
Provide administrative support to management and other departments as needed
Assist in any other duties assigned by the superior from time to time
Ensure documents and data are stored in line with company policies and data privacy rules
Support continuous improvement of admin processes, and carry out any ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.
At least 1–2 years working experience in administrative or office support role
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
SPM / STPM / Diploma / Degree in Business Administration, Office Management or related field。
Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace (Excel/Sheets, Word/Docs, Email).
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Proficiency in additional languages is an advantage, especially when supporting multilingual customers or stakeholders.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling documents and numbers.
Good organizational and time management skills; able to handle multiple tasks.
Good communication and negotiation skills with suppliers and internal teams.
Independent, proactive and able to work with minimum supervision once trained
Positive working attitude, willing to learn and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Team player with good interpersonal skills.
Salary Package: RM3,000–RM5,000/month (commensurate with experience & performance).
