Job Title: Senior Associate - Technology

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee legal matters from start to finish, requiring both technical expertise and strong client management abilities.
• Manage transactional legal work, which includes drafting and reviewing complex contracts and agreements.
• Provide practical and commercially viable legal advice across a range of matters.
• Prepare policies and frameworks for governance purposes.
• Capable of working independently and managing files with minimal supervision.

Education and Experience Information

• Minimum of 4 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in corporate/transactional law.
• Well-versed in handling mergers and acquisitions (M&A), commercial contracts, and corporate advisory matters.
• Familiarity with Personal Data Protection, Fintech, Intellectual Property (IP), and Technology, Media and Telecommunications (TMT) is considered an added advantage.
• Proven track record of managing files and clients independently, with minimal supervision.
