  • Prepare monthly financial reports and bank reconciliation.
  • Assist in month-end closing activities and ensure timely report submission.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with standards.
  • Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and other parties as required.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and cashflow monitoring.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Finance Executive to support our day-to-day finance and accounting operations. The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle daily accounting functions including AP, AR, GL, invoicing, and payment processing

  • Prepare monthly financial reports, bank reconciliation, and accounting schedules

  • Assist in month-end closing activities and ensure timely submission of reports

  • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards

  • Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, and other external parties when required

  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and cashflow monitoring

  • Perform any other finance or administrative tasks assigned by management

Requirements
  • Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
