Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Plan, install, configure, troubleshoot, maintain, and upgrade IT systems, hardware, software, and networks.
  • Analyze business processes and system requirements to recommend effective IT solutions.
  • Maintain system documentation, hardware/software inventories, and user access.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues, ensuring system compatibility and connectivity.
  • Collaborate with technical teams and perform other IT-related duties as assigned.
