Job summary

A leading automotive service center in Shah Alam is looking for a Service Advisor to facilitate customer relations and ensure satisfaction with vehicle services. The ideal candidate must have at least a Certificate or Diploma in the Automotive field and possess over a year of relevant experience. Excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, as well as strong interpersonal skills, are essential. Benefits include annual leave, medical leave, and training opportunities.

SERVICE ADVISOR (PERODUA 3S BUKIT RIMAU S. ALAM)

Candidate must possess at least Certificate / Diploma / Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma in Automotive field.

At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Good command of written and spoken in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Strong organizational, decision making, and problem-solving skills.

Able to advise and communicate with customers regarding vehicle situation.

Required Skill(s): Knowledge of dealing with complaints, basic knowledge of service automotive techniques, business systems, and basic computer skills.

Ability to work under pressure and tight deadline.

Able to work with minimum supervision, confident, dynamic, and customer-oriented attitude.

Must have a valid driving license and possess own transportation.

Able to work on weekends' (Saturday & Sunday) and during Public Holidays (If required).

Must willing to work at PERODUA 3S CENTER BUKIT RIMAU, SHAH ALAM.

  • Translating technical needs into clear estimates (cost/time).
  • Ensure overall customer satisfaction with after sales service.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with customers regarding services recommended and performed.
  • Prepares service estimates, sells routine maintenance / repair services, and conducts follow-ups regarding unsold services and customer inquiries.
  • Performs opening and closing responsibilities.
  • Schedules appointments, answers phone and collects funds for services performed.
  • Conducting final inspection and vehicle handover. Scheduling repairs, explaining warranty/maintenance, and ensuring a positive service experience from drop-off to pick-up.
  • Ad hoc duties as and when assigned.
