Requirement

Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor & Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field. At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Preferably Non-Executive specialized in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent. Compulsory to work on shift, weekends and public holidays. Highly fit with no prolong illnesses or any disabilities. Able to manage staff under supervision and follow the instructions by superior from time to time. Applicants must be a Malaysian citizen or Permanent Resident status.

Responsibility
  • Take charge for Mens Department.
  • Update stock and order for every item shortages within the department.
  • Ensure the item placement is well organized in the selling area.
  • Manage and supervise the work progression of the staff under supervision in aspect of attendance, attitude and discipline.
  • Plan the duty roster for staff and do backup plan for any shortages of manpower.
  • Update any progress or issue to immediate superior (Department Division Leader).
